Method Frameworks provides strategic management and planning services.  We will work with prospective clients initially to understand your needs and to determine if there is a fit for our offerings.

How do we price our services?

If your needs and our services are determined to match, we begin a process to define a Statement of Work that details all agreed upon services Method Frameworks will provide. All work is done on a fixed-fee contract basis.  We will meet with you to learn what aspects of strategy, planning and execution your organization is seeking to  improve.  We will provide you with a questionnaire to complete which helps us do a "fit" of our Plan4 process to your organizational requirements.  Every aspect is reviewed and confirmed to ensure that you will get everything you are expecting and that we will have a completely satisfied client.

Our Plan4^SM process is a comprehensive strategic planning framework, and not all aspects of Plan4 are required for every client.  Therefore, we fit our process to your unique situation and develop a Statement of Work that is tailored to match your needs, budget and timeframe.

What is a Statement of Work and what does that do for me?

Our Statement of Work details every task we will perform, describes all deliverables, outlines all project timelines and provides a listing of the roles and responsibilities of our team and the prospective client’s team.

How large is a typical Method Frameworks team?

Our consulting teams are usually small, with two to three consultants onsite for engagement duration.  We never put anyone in charge of an engagement that has not been involved with delivering at least three prior Plan4 client engagements.  A typical engagement team will consist of an Associate or a Senior Associate combined with a Client Lead to provide a cost-effective and balanced team.
