Interview Process

Method Frameworks uses a combination of interviews and tests to select the right candidates to join our team. We look for employees that demonstrate competence, experience and character.

Our core interview process is comprised of four major components that evaluate competence, experience and character (the process is likely to include multiple interviews within each component):

  • Initial face-to-face interview – examination of your resume and experience.
  • Competency and experience interview – examination of your business skills and problem solving sophistication.
  • Emotional intelligence testing – measurement of your ability to deal with daily environmental demands and pressures and helps predict your success within our consultancy.
  • Integrity testing – assessment of your attitudes and experiences related to honesty, dependability, trustworthiness, reliability, and behavior.
